The hotel was just what we needed, beautiful, clean, and warm. The rooms were very very small with no where to sit other than on the bed, but they were lovely, clean, and warm. The service was exceptional; the owners were lovely people, very friendly, and everything was very clean and tidy. The location was just right for us to walk into town and in the quieter North Shore area with easy access to Blackpool town centre by tram. The dining experience was brilliant, with Andrea & Dave as really good hosts, and the breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. The facilities were great with a well-stocked bar and an excellent breakfast selection.
